A velvety and very accessible Cabernet Sauvignon from old vines of a certified Single Vineyard.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and classy cultivar often resulting in complicated wines with rich tannin. This Tanagra Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and elegant and yet very accessible. It has got rich fruit with a slightly herbal afternote so typical of all the farm's red wines, and good but soft tannin. It is perfect to enjoy now or (at least) within the next 5 – 6 years.

TASTING NOTES

Dark purple colour. Aromas of cassis, eucalyptus, black currant and hints of tobacco. Rich fruit with spicy aftertaste lingering on palate. Solid yet soft tannin. Dry finish.
